STAGE 1 - CONSULTATION
Following the initial enquiry, Room Roof will arrange an introductory call to discuss, and after that the client will be invited to visit the studio in Kew for a free consultation.

This informal meeting provides an opportunity to meet and discuss the project in detail. Clients can also view samples of the materials and joinery.
Following this meeting, the client will receive a design fee quotation which includes costings for an interior spatial planning review and 3D conceptual drawings.

STAGE 2 - CONCEPTUAL DRAWINGS
The project commences with a site visit to refine the design brief and collect detailed property information, including any critical dimensions.
Room Roof will design a series of potential layouts and 3D sketches for the client to review. Once these are completed, a follow up meeting is scheduled to discuss and refine the design further until the client's vision is realised.
STAGE 3 CONSTRUCTION
For peace of mind and minimal disruption, Room Roof recommends appointing their in-house team to deliver the build, however, they do offer a range of fully flexible services to accommodate different requirements.
Construction & Project Management
Room Roof's full specification service manages all aspects of the build, including bespoke furniture design, material sourcing and project management. This ensures the design specification is perfectly realised and by using their own team they have full control of material costs and labour, ensuring the project is completed swiftly and on budget.
It is important to note that Room Roof's designs are created with their own products in mind. Other companies can provide similar finishes; however, they cannot guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of a third-party supplier.
Technical Drawings
If clients choose to project manage everything themselves, Room Roof can supply them with full technical drawings and specifications of the approved conceptual designs.
Photo realistic visual mock-ups are also available.
